60-Day Clean Plate Promise
If you buy Mabel June's Never-Fail Dessert Cookbook and you are not happy with it, email us within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund your order. No hoops, no long forms, and you may keep the digital cookbook files.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hash@slonzyai.com with the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order number.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank, card provider, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Digital Products
The Never-Fail Dessert Cookbook and related bonuses are digital products delivered by email after purchase. Because these are digital files, there is no physical item to return. The 60-day Clean Plate Promise still applies.
Access or Delivery Problems
If you paid but did not receive your cookbook email, please check your spam, promotions, and junk folders first. If you still cannot find it, email hash@slonzyai.com and we will help you get access.
Abuse, Fraud, or Duplicate Requests
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or connected to repeated misuse of our refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
